Spell Penetration

Spell Penetration is a rare attribute that grants a caster the ability to bypass magical defenses.

Each point of Spell Penetration reduces an enemy's effective Resistance and Absorption against magical attacks by 1%. It also provides a 1% chance to simply bypass any absolute immunity effects.
